Qasas Atlas · Using the service

Terms of use

A source-linked reading service, with optional AI explanations.

Effective: 2026-09-14

These terms describe use of Qasas Atlas, operated by Rehan. Contact: haani0090@gmail.com. The privacy policy explains information processing.

The service and its limits

Qasas Atlas offers the published collection shown in the app: stories, sources, profiles and selected family connections, with reading and listening features. The collection can grow or change; it is not a complete genealogy or an exhaustive account of every prophet's life. Names not provided by the cited evidence stay descriptive. Artwork is illustrative, and timeline groupings are a learning order rather than precise dating.

Original English summaries, recaps and AI-generated explanations are distinct from the source text. Translations are attributed where used. Source review can use AI assistance; it is not a claim of human or scholarly approval. Check important details against the cited material and an appropriately qualified person. Qasas does not provide fatwas, confidential counselling, or professional advice.

Eligibility and accounts

Use the service only where you can lawfully do so. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms or make a purchase yourself, a parent or guardian must be involved as required by your local law and Apple's account rules. The service is not designed to collect personal questions from children; parents or guardians should supervise a child's use.

You may use available free reading without an account. An account is needed for sync and subscribed features. Keep your sign-in secure and do not give another person your authentication codes or private media links. If you believe someone has used your account without permission, contact support and use Apple's account-security controls.

Optional questions and synthetic voice

Live questions require a current eligible subscription, available published evidence and your permission. They are limited to the selected chapter or prophet's supported material. The service may decline a question, return an unavailable result, or apply usage limits. A citation or automated check is not a guarantee of accuracy. Asking a question does not replace or publish a core story.

Only submit information you are entitled to use. You retain any rights you have in your question. You permit the processing reasonably needed to answer it and, if separately chosen, narrate the answer, as described in the privacy policy. Questions are not posted to a public community. Do not include confidential information or use the service to harass people, produce unlawful content, bypass access controls or misrepresent an AI response as a quotation or religious authority.

Voice narration is synthetic speech generated through ElevenLabs. It is not a recording of a prophet or Qur'an recitation. Listening requires a separate permission for the final answer to be sent to ElevenLabs. Generation is initiated by your action; status checks and replay do not authorise a new paid generation. Generated audio and explanations may be unavailable when their supporting sources, account access or service status changes.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

The app shows the available plans, their features, local price and renewal period before purchase. Your Apple purchase confirmation governs the actual charge. No subscription begins merely because you read, sign in or grant AI permission. We do not promise an unannounced trial, unlimited questions, permanent access or a future collection.

If you buy an auto-renewing subscription, Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal can be charged within the 24 hours before that end. Manage or cancel through Apple's subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues for the remaining paid period, subject to refunds or other changes Apple applies.

Use Restore purchases in the app when an existing purchase is not recognised, with the Apple Account that made it and the appropriate Qasas account. Restoring does not create a purchase. Apple's policies and your statutory rights govern refund eligibility; request a refund from Apple. Account deletion and removing the app do not cancel your subscription.

Access depends on successful purchase verification. If plans or the eligible collection are unavailable, the app can disable purchase and show that state. Contact support about a paid feature you cannot access.

Content and permitted use

You may read, listen, save passages and make the downloads the app offers for your own lawful use. Rights in the app's original writing, design, artwork and media belong to their respective owners. Scripture, source editions and attributed translations retain their own status and rights; these terms do not claim ownership of scripture or grant a licence to republish another party's translation or media.

Do not remove attribution, redistribute the app's complete paid collection, resell access, copy protected media outside permissions provided by the service, or interfere with its systems. These limits do not remove uses permitted by applicable law. External source websites have their own terms and may change independently.

Availability, changes and ending use

We may correct a source, withdraw unsupported content, update a chapter or temporarily limit a feature for maintenance, rights, safety or reliability. Downloads may require an update or renewed access verification. We will describe material changes as appropriate and respect any legal rights connected with an existing purchase.

You can stop using the service or request account deletion in the app. We may restrict misuse or unauthorised access and, where practical, explain how to contact us about an error. Your right to manage subscriptions with Apple remains separate.

Your legal rights

The app licence is governed by Apple's standard end-user licence agreement where it applies. These service terms supplement that licence and do not replace its Apple-specific provisions.

We take reasonable care in providing Qasas, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or an error-free AI explanation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning digital content, due care, fraud or personal injury where applicable. Mandatory protections and courts available to consumers in their country of residence remain available; no compulsory private arbitration or waiver of those protections is imposed here.

Contact haani0090@gmail.com first if there is a problem. We will update this page and its effective date when terms change, and provide notice of material changes where required.
